คำแนะนำการลบข้อมูลผู้ใช้
ผู้ใช้สามารถขอลบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตนเองจากระบบของ canvas8horse ได้ โดยทำตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง
วิธีขอลบข้อมูล
- ส่งอีเมลมาที่ teehnoi01@gmail.com
- ใช้หัวข้ออีเมลว่า Data Deletion Request
- ระบุช่องทางที่เคยติดต่อเรา เช่น Facebook Page / Messenger
- ระบุข้อมูลที่ช่วยให้เราค้นหารายการได้ เช่น ชื่อบัญชี Facebook หรือช่วงเวลาที่เคยติดต่อ โดยไม่ต้องส่งรหัสผ่านหรือข้อมูลลับ
การดำเนินการหลังได้รับคำขอ
หลังจากได้รับคำขอ เราจะตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องและดำเนินการลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวบุคคลได้ตามความเหมาะสม ภายในระยะเวลาที่สมเหตุสมผล เว้นแต่มีเหตุจำเป็นต้องเก็บรักษาตามกฎหมายหรือเพื่อป้องกันการทุจริต/ความปลอดภัยของระบบ

- ข้อมูลระบุตัวตนที่แพลตฟอร์มให้มา เช่น platform user ID ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสนทนา

User Data Deletion Instructions
Users may request deletion of their information from canvas8horse systems by following the steps below.
How to Request Deletion
- Email us at teehnoi01@gmail.com.
- Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
- Specify the channel you used to contact us, such as Facebook Page / Messenger.
- Provide information that helps us locate your records, such as your Facebook account name or approximate contact date. Do not send passwords or sensitive secret information.
After We Receive the Request
We will review the relevant records and delete or anonymize applicable information within a reasonable period, unless retention is required by law or for fraud prevention/security purposes.
